It's ESSENTIAL for ALL players of ALL ages.
Maybe you're not aware of how great your child's performance could be, or maybe you've just accepted the FALSE belief that your child is
average, weak, or will always be that way
on the court and in life.
If nobody has ever trained your child to handle the pressure involved with being an athlete, it's time to give them that edge.

Josie is an 8th grader starting varsity. She plays on 4 teams and participates in weekly skills training on top of her busy schedule.
She is an elite player who excels confidently within her own age group, but self doubt set it whenever she is on the court with girls who were 3-4 years older than her. Despite the skill trainings & multiple teams, she had never trained her mind to deal with what was really limiting her on the court.
BUT - after only 2 weeks in XYM, she's already learning and applying to her game and overcoming negative self-talk to become the leader on the court she's worked hard to be
despite her age.
Brant is a 9 year old. His parents noticed while he was on the court with kids his age, he played noticeably more aggressive than he did when he was asked to play up with 4th and 5th graders.
His skillset was there physically to be on the court with those kids, but his mindset and lack of confidence kept him limiting his belief he was MEANT to be on the court.
AND - after only 3 weeks in XYM, he's approaching the ball with more aggression no matter what court he is on and developing a mental identity that fits the physical skills he already has.
Axl is a 9 year old. Who plays travel ball, rec ball, etc that was not lacking the physical skillsets, but still was not putting the shots up that he could during games.
His mom hated watching him from the bleachers limit himself from taking the shots she knew he physically could. She knew something was missing offensively and it wasn't the lack of skill training. It was the mental part of the game.
The offensive confidence.
After only 2 weeks in XYM, he put up his first 3 pointer of the season and learned how he spoke to himself MATTERED on and off the court.
Soon to be 17-year-old Will had never taken any mindset training before XYM.
Excited about being about to use the mindset tools and science-backed protocols on the court for his junior and senior year to help further separate himself. Congratulations on STARTING. That's the hardest part of anything! Your game will NEVER be the same.
